My EV trip from Pathum Thani.
This wasn’t just a trip.
It was my quiet morning, my soft road, my gentle mission.
I left Pathum Thani at 4 am — the world still dark, the air cool, the streets silent.
The EV glided out of my neighborhood with no sound, just a soft hum and the feeling that the day belonged to me.
The 4 am start
At 4 am, everything feels different:
- the streets are empty
- the air is cooler
- the sky is deep blue
- the world hasn’t rushed awake
The EV felt perfect for this hour.
Soft.
Calm.
Unhurried.
I slipped onto the motorway with a sense of ease, like the day was opening gently in front of me.
The motorway
The motorway was almost empty — just long, open lanes and the quiet hum of the EV.
At 80 km/hr, the drive felt peaceful and steady:
- fields slowly appearing in the dim light
- the first hints of sunrise behind me
- a calm rhythm that matched my mood
It wasn’t about speed.
It was about softness.
A pace where the world doesn’t blur — it unfolds.
The charging break
After leaving the motorway, I stopped for a charge — still before sunrise, still in that quiet blue hour when the world feels paused.
The air was cool.
The lights were gentle.
The silence felt almost cinematic.
I plugged in the EV and let it charge while I took a small break.
No rush.
No noise.
Just me, the hum of the charger, and the sky slowly shifting from deep blue to soft gold.
I stretched.
I sipped a warm drink.
I watched the morning arrive.
It didn’t feel like waiting.
It felt like a moment I was meant to experience.
The temple day
This was the heart of the trip.
I wanted to visit all the temples in a single day, and the early start made it possible.
Each temple had its own mood:
- some quiet and shaded
- some bright and open
- some on hills with wide views
- some tucked into peaceful corners
I moved gently from one temple to the next, letting the day guide me.
No rush.
No pressure.
Just a soft rhythm of arrival, prayer, reflection, and calm.
The EV made it even easier — quiet, respectful, smooth between each stop.
By midday, I felt like I had stepped through many small worlds of peace.
The river in Kanchanaburi
After the temples, I reached the river — wide, slow, peaceful.
The EV rolled in without noise.
The mountains stood still.
The water moved gently.
I sat by the river and let the calm settle in.
The drive home
On the way back, I stayed at 80 km/hr again.
The sky was warm.
The road was smooth.
My mind felt lighter.
It wasn’t a fast day.
It wasn’t a busy day.
It was a good day — a soft day.
A day that reminded me how nice it feels to move slowly, visit sacred places, and let the road be kind.
