A full day of caves,
coffee, cake,
and me pretending I’m a mermaid.

Trang didn’t flirt.
It seduced.
A full 7:00–18:00 island marathon where the sea flirted, the sun teased, and I basically lived my best “main character on a boat” life.
🌅 Pickup
7:00
The “I woke up for this?!” moment
The tour car arrived at 7:00 sharp, and I stepped out looking like someone who definitely needed coffee but also definitely needed the sea more. The road to Pakmeng Pier was quiet, like the world was still buffering.
🌊 Pakmeng Pier
The “soft launch” of the day.
Pakmeng Pier had that sleepy-southern charm, like it wasn’t trying too hard but still looked cute. The boat waited like, “Hop in babe, I’ll take it from here.”
And I did.
🏝️ Koh Muk
Emerald Cave: entering like a mystery, exiting like a movie star.
Swimming into Emerald Cave felt like entering a secret club where the password is “don’t panic in the dark.”
Inside: echoing water, cool shadows.
Outside: BOOM — a hidden lagoon glowing like someone turned on the beauty filter.
I swear the cliffs were judging me gently, like, “Oh, you made it. Cute.”
☕ Coffee on the boat
The real hero.
The crew handed out coffee and suddenly life made sense again. Coffee + sea breeze = personality reset.
🏖️ Koh Kradan
Snorkeling, swimming, and pretending I live here.
Koh Kradan was giving soft Maldives but Thai and humble.
- Snorkeling from the boat — fish everywhere, acting like they owned the place.
- Swimming — the sea held me like, “Shhh, don’t think. Just float.”
🍽️ Lunch on the boat
Rice, fish, veggies.
Simple, warm, perfect. Eating on a boat makes everything taste 30% more romantic for no reason.
🐠 Koh Chuek
Snorkeling round two: fish gossip hour.
Koh Chuek had bright water and fish that swam way too close, like they wanted to know my business. I respect the confidence.
🌤️ Koh Waen
Snorkeling round three: at this point I’m basically a mermaid.
More fish. More coral. More me pretending I’m in a National Geographic documentary.
🍰 Homemade cake on the boat
Then — homemade cake.
On a boat.
After snorkeling.
Tell me that’s not peak luxury.
🌅 Back to the pier
Coffee & light dinner.
As we returned to Pakmeng Pier, the sky turned peachy like it was blushing. Back on land, they handed out coffee and a light dinner — the kind of “you did great today” energy I needed.
🕕 18:00 — Back to the hotel
By 18:00, I was sun‑kissed, salt‑haired, and spiritually cleansed. The kind of tired that feels like a hug.
🌾 The truth
Trang didn’t try to impress me — it just quietly seduced me with caves, fish, cake, and a whole lot of soft blue. And honestly? It worked.
