It’s simple to make. Starting with pound a few garlic and a lot of chilies into a mortar. Add plam sugar, monosodium glutamate, lime juice. Stir with a large spoon to mix it together. Add shredded papaya, sliced tomato, and fermented fish sauce mix it together. And done. Yummy 😋
