Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline

We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.

Acceptable item conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition.

Refund and shipping charges

We understand the importance of transparent and fair refund and shipping charges. Our policy aims to be reasonable.

Exchange

We’ll replace the item with a different one with a better quality
item as per your preference, subject to availability.

Money refund

We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Full refund
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund.

Partial refund
In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only part of the order is returned.

Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, we may issue a refund for the
specific item returned.

Gift Card
We can issue a gift card with the refund amount for you to use on future purchases.

Store Credit
You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used on any future purchases with us.

Pam Trip

Non refundable

Due to the tour operators. Some tours can be postpone or cancel within 18 hours after payment with no charge. But basically it’s non refunable.

During the high season, I recommeded to book in advance. Cancellation can’t be made after booking. No show or fails to show up is non refundable.

Full refund or partial refund for getting sick with medical certificate. Or getting accident with police report. Depending on tour programs.

Guests

Child means aged 4-11 and under 4 free.

Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended : pregnancy, hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, citizens over the age of 70 years old or for ladies that are pregnant.

Cash on tour

Pay only in cash on the day of the tour. Only in cash, no card.

Picking up

Pickup from your hotel lobby ontime. Please wait at the lobby before the pickup time.

Itinerary can change without prior notice due to sea levels, weather conditions or any emergency cases. The weather condition may vary. Affect the water quality.
