Refund policy
Island hopping in Thailand is a dream for many travelers, but plans can sometimes change. To ensure a smooth experience for both tour operators and customers, here’s a clear refund policy framework.
No refunds
Cancellation can’t be made after booking due to the tour operators. Cancellations made in the day the tour date are not eligible for refunds. And tours booked during peak holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day) are non-refundable unless canceled at least 14 days in advance.
No show
No show or fails to show up is non refundable.
Full refund
If the tour operator cancels the trip for any reason, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable expenses like Visa fees. Full refund or partial refund for getting sick with medical certificate. Or getting accident with police report. Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable fees.
Special circumstances. In cases of unforeseen events like natural disasters or government restrictions, customers may be offered a rescheduled tour or a refund, depending on the situation.
Documentation
Tour operators must provide evidence of any non-refundable expenses deducted from the refund amount. Customers are encouraged to retain all booking confirmations and receipts for reference.
