Bright cliffs, blue water, easy island days (with me, Pam).

Haad Ao Nang feels warm and lively.
Long-tail boats line the beach, the cliffs rise tall,
and the sea looks ready for adventure.
When I take a boat from here, everything feels simple —
bright water, soft waves, and islands close enough to touch.
These are the happy, easy trips I take from Haad Ao Nang.
The Hong trip
(the calm lagoon inside the cliffs)
Hong
The secret lagoon
I enter through a narrow gap, and suddenly the world opens into a quiet green bowl of water.
The cliffs rise high around me, and everything echoes softly.
I always stop paddling just to listen.
“this lagoon feels like a quiet hug.”
my tip:
Go slow. The light inside the lagoon is beautiful.
The 4 Islands trip
(the classic ao nang day — simple, sunny, perfect)
Poda
The postcard island
White sand, clear water, and a tall rock standing like a giant.
Chicken
The funny one
A rock shaped like a chicken head.
I always laugh when I see it.
Tup
The sandbar island
At low tide, I walk across the sandbar like I’m walking on water.
Railay
The cliff beach
Tall cliffs, soft sand, and a peaceful mood.
- best for: easy island hopping
- mood: bright and breezy
- my favorite part: the sandbar at Tup
The 7 Islands sunset trip
(snorkeling, caves, sunset, fire show)
7 Islands
The adventure set
A little bit of everything — snorkeling, caves, beaches, sunset, and a fire show at the end.
I always feel like I lived three days in one.
The sunset here is warm and soft.
The Phi Phi trip
(the famous cliffs and the bright blue sea)
Phi Phi
The star island
Tall cliffs, clear water, and that big “wow” moment every time I arrive.
I swim, I float, I take too many photos — and the day feels alive.
“this island feels like a movie scene.”
The Rok trip
(the dream island — bright, clear, perfect)
Rok
The bright one
White sand, clear water, and snorkeling that feels unreal.
I jump in and the sea looks like glass.
- best for: snorkel lovers
- mood: peaceful and bright
- my warning: after Rok, normal beaches feel too normal
The mood
Tours from haad ao nang are bright and easy.
I don’t rush.
I don’t chase big crowds.
I just hop from island to island, swim in clear water,
and come back with salty hair and a happy heart.
Haad Ao Nang is lively.
The sea is gentle.
And sometimes I need both.
